With your help, Salem can set an example in valuing diversity and can become a closer community in the process.

Volunteer: The Salem Multicultural Institute is a volunteer-centered organization. In addition to the World Beat Festival®, volunteers provide year-round office administrative support and gallery staffing.

As the Salem Multicultural Institute’s programs have expanded, we need more year-round help with planning and hosting our exhibits and our performance and lecture series, both aimed at enriching the cultural life of Oregon’s capital city.
