Prices:

$125 if registration is received on or before October 1, 2026

$150 if registration is received after October 1, 2026

All spaces are 10' x 10' and include one 6' table and 2 chairs.

Vendors & Exhibitors Must:

o   Serve our mission – to celebrate, explore and experience cultural heritage.

o   Ensure quality – presentation, cultural authenticity.

o   Agree not to sell items that promote or encourage – explicitly or tacitly – drug or alcohol use, discrimination of any type, use of weapons, violent or graphic images.

Only a limited number of vendors can sell any particular item. We reserve the right to strike specific items from vendors’ product inventories. Only products listed in the application and approved by the Committee are allowed. The fee is non-refundable.
