Willamette University Koto Club is directed and instructed by a koto master Masumi Timson, and open to all Willamette University students and faculty. Our mission is to promote cultural awareness through the Koto music. You will learn how to play “Sakura ~ Cherry Blossoms” which is one of the most well-known Japanese classicals pieces. This will provide a rewarding and educational experience for all ages!
